Under the general direction of the Director, Enterprise Risk Management, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support services in a manner which allows for the efficient operations of the Branch’s functions and supports the execution of practices and procedures which are consistent with government regulations/guidelines. 💰Salary: $2,190,302 – $2,945,712 JMD per annum.
Senior Project Accountant (FMG/PA 3) (temporary)

Under the general direction of the Director, Enterprise Risk Management, the Enterprise Risk Management Officer is responsible for assisting with the development and management of the enterprise risk management framework and programmes for the Ministry and its subjects that ultimately support the achievement of business objectives and goals. 💰Salary: $5,198,035 - $6,990,779 JMD per annum.
Payments Officer (FMG/AT 3)

Under the supervision of the Manager, Accounts Payable and Disbursement, the Payments Officer is responsible for the preparation and posting of payment vouchers for goods, services and travelling claims for select divisions and subjects of the MOJ. Through the application of financial quality assurance mechanisms, the Payments Officer also certifies vouchers prepared by other Payments Officers before authorization is sought. Additionally, the Payments Officer executes the processes related to the 3% Withholding Tax regime and other similar arrangements. 💰Salary: $2,190,302 – $2,945,712 JMD per annum.
Project Accountant (FMG/PA 2)

Under the direction of the Principal Finance Officer, the Project Accountant is responsible for the coordination of financial management business processes and systems for a selection of Capital A and Grant/Multi-lateral Agencies/International Development Partner funding/assistance programmes and projects in the MOJ. 💰Salary: $4,266,270 – $5,737,658 JMD per annum.
