Business Development Associate

Reporting to the Client & Partner Services Manager, the incumbent will be expected to implement and oversee the administration of insurance and risk management solutions on behalf of direct clients and strategic partners. Support the company’s marketing and/or strategic objectives by attending marketing, or promotional activities to garner new business and build brand awareness. Identify potential customers and broker partners and establish new relationships through networking activities with a view to generate new business growth, renewal of existing portfolios and to strengthen the company as Insurer of Choice. Reporting to the Claims Unit Leader, the incumbent will be expected to assist with the accurate and timely processing of claims from initiation through to settlement ensuring process efficiency and maintaining service quality to enhance the company’s image and to ensure GKGI is considered the insurer of choice by customers.
