Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resource Development and Management, the Director 3 is responsible for: The design/review and implementation of organization development strategies/solutions that will contribute to improved service delivery across the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) and the Office of the Cabinet (OoC); Co-ordinating Performance Management Appraisal System for the Office of the Prime Minister and the Office of the Cabinet, to improve performance at the Divisional and individual levels; Serving as a Strategic Business Partner and Change Agent, with a view to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Ministry’s operations. 💰Salary: $5,198,035 - $6,990,779 JMD per annum.
