Technology Consulting Senior (JM)

As a Technology Transformation professional, you will help guide C-Level executive leaders in the strategic direction for technology in their organization. You will be an integral member of engagement teams, where you will lead client interviews, conduct research, financial analysis, and develop executive-level presentations for the c-level executive suite. Through these engagements, you will be exposed to various technology domains including technology strategy, IT operating model design, IT cost optimization, IT assessments, sourcing strategies, benchmarking, IT financial analysis and enterprise architecture. You will support complex initiatives encompassing large scale IT transformations, design, assessments, optimization, and process improvement engagements. Additionally, opportunities will exist to improve your skillset by learning and applying various industry models and frameworks to provide consulting services to clients. Through these experiences you will build expertise in leading-edge technologies and concepts like DevOps, Cloud, Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation, Blockchain, etc. At the same time, you will actively contribute to internal practice initiatives like building thought capital, developing methodologies, supporting recruiting and training needs, while driving community of practice activities to enhance the firms’ capabilities. Strategy and Transactions Consultant (JM- Deals Advisory)

The Strategy and Transactions service line helps create social and economic value for our clients by helping them make more informed decisions about strategically managing capital and transactions, including raising, investing, optimizing, and preserving capital. Deal Advisory - Deal Advisory encompasses comprehensive advisory services supporting clients through every stage of a transaction, including buy-side financial due diligence support in mergers and acquisitions, sell-side divestment advisory, capital and debt structuring and raises, and other corporate finance engagements. Our team advises clients on maximizing transaction value by evaluating financial, commercial, strategic, regulatory, and operational considerations, and identifying potential synergies and risks. To grow our team, we are recruiting for Strategy and Transactions (SaT) Consultants within our Deal Advisory Team.
