This includes utilizing the Property Tax Database System to generate payment information on property owners, preparing summonses, reminders, and court-related matters, and responding to queries from property owners who make contact. The salary for this position ranges from $1,711,060.00 to $2,301,186.00 JMD per annum.
Collection and Compliance Officer (GMG/AM 3)

Reporting to the Senior Collection and Compliance Officer / Manager, Revenue Collection and Compliance, the Compliance Officer is responsible for effectively administering and ensuring compliance with the Local Authority. The incumbent has direct responsibility to safeguard the collection of outstanding tax, contacting delinquent clients to arrange collections, reconciling accounts, meeting collections quota assigned and reporting in keeping with the laws and Regulations. The salary for this position is $2,190,302 - $2,945,712 JMD per annum.
