Customer Care Officer (GMG/AM3)

Under the direction of the Coordinator, Customer Care (GMG / SEG 1) /Operations Manager (GMG/SEG 2), at the assigned institution, the Customer Care Officer (GMG/ AM 3), is responsible to:- Assist the general public in all aspects of their interaction with the Organization with the objective of achieving the mandate of the organization. Will also manage customer inquiries and complaints and interact with customers to provide and process information.
Senior Customer Care Officer (GMG/AM4)

Under the direction of the Coordinator Customer Care (GMG/SEGl) the Senior Customer Care Officer (GMG/ AM 4), is responsible for:- Assisting with the coordination and implementation of the Hospital's MDA's Customer Service Programme; Assisting with the coordinating and facilitating the value chain elements of: Service Expectation Identification, Service Awareness Creation, Direct Customer Interface, Complaints Management and Service Delivery Operations.
Maintenance Supervisor (SOG/ST5)

Reporting to the Parish Engineer, the Maintenance Supervisor (SOG/ST 5) and in conjunction with the Maintenance Officer (SOG/ST 4) is a mid-level management position and is:- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance activities within the Spanish Town Hospital, including planning schedules, assigning tasks to maintenance staff, managing inventory of spare parts. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, and reporting on maintenance operations. Leads the maintenance team in the performance of all preventative maintenance, minor and major repairs, and service functions at the Spanish Town hospital. Undertakes complex mechanical and electrical activities on a wide variety of systems, components/equipment and structural facilities related to maintenance. Provides advice and guidelines on matters concerning a wide range of maintenance problems within the Hospital.

The Accountant, South East Regional Health Authority will be responsible for the execution, management and maintenance of the accounting, reporting and procurement functions of the Regional Health Authority specifically as it relates to HIV/AIDS activities, and to do so in accordance with the procurement and financial management guidelines of the Government of the Government of Jamaica.
Regional Non-Communicable Disease Surveillance (HPC/ALH 2)

Under the general direction of the Regional Technical Director through the Regional Non-communicable Disease Coordinator, the Regional Non-communicable Disease Surveillance Officer is responsible for organizing, planning, coordinating and evaluating strategies and programmes for reducing the incidence of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) and Injuries in the Region. To achieve this incumbent will: Ensure the maintenance and operation of NCD and Injury surveillance systems for monitoring chronic diseases and injuries at regional and parish levels. Compile and analyse data for planning health interventions in the Region. Develop strategies for involving the community in Non-Communicable Disease and Injury Prevention in collaboration with Regional Directorate. Provide technical support on matters related to Non-Communicable Disease and Injury Prevention to the Regional Technical Director.
