The incumbent has the responsibility to assist with planning and executing the Agency’s Customer Service Strategy, ensuring adherence to the organization’s procedures and policies; managing the complaints response system, and interface with the Agency’s revenue generation points. 💰Basic Salary: $2,803,771 JMD per annum.
Forest Technician, Plantation Assessment (Level 5)
Forestry Department
Under the direct supervision of the Forester, Plantation Assessment, the incumbent is responsible for conducting forest plantation assessments and drafting Logging Plans for scheduled harvestable plantations. He/she regularly updates the forest plantation database as directed, and conducts standing volume and/or scaling related activities in compliance with the Agency’s standard operating procedures. 💰Basic Salary: $2,803,771 JMD per annum.
Forest Technician (Client Services) (Level 5) – Northeast Region

Under the general direction and supervision of the Director, Marketing and Sales, the incumbent is responsible for developing and coordinating the efficient and effective execution of plans for selling the products and services of the Agency. 💰Basic Salary: $3,501,526 JMD per annum.
Senior Surveyor (Level 7)

Under the general direction of the Senior Director, Forest Resource Information Management (FRIM), the Senior Surveyor is responsible for conducting land surveying activities related to the estate of the Forestry Department. The role involves utilizing standard survey techniques and equipment to accurately measure and map forest estates and boundaries. 💰Basic Salary: $4,266,270 JMD per annum.
