Territory Sales Representative
Summary
Jamaica Aggregates Limited i s seeking to recruit a high-performing, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in designated region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the construction industry and possess exceptional communication skills. Eastern Region - 1 Position Western/Central Region - 1 Position

Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement:
- • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the assigned region
- • Monitor and track sales performance against targets, providing regular reports to management on progress and competitors' offerings
New Customer Acquisition:
- • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the designated region, focusing on both small and large-scale projects
- • Research and generate new business opportunities in line with our product offerings
- • Present and sell the company's products and services to potential customers, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and how our solutions meet those needs
Client Relationship Management:
- • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and potential customers
- • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly
- • Foster repeat business by maintaining excellent post-sales relationships, handling customer feedback, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues
Market Knowledge & Strategy Development:
- • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activity to effectively position the company's products
- • Analyze customer needs, market conditions, and sales performance
Required Skills
- • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- • Proven ability to acquire new customers and close deals for large-scale projects.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- • Strong customer relationship management and conflict resolution abilities.
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the aggregates, construction, or related industries.
- • Must own a reliable motor vehicle and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
