Jamaica Aggregates Limited i s seeking to recruit a high-performing, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in designated region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the construction industry and possess exceptional communication skills. Eastern Region - 1 Position Western/Central Region - 1 Position

Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    • • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the assigned region
    • • Monitor and track sales performance against targets, providing regular reports to management on progress and competitors' offerings
  • New Customer Acquisition:

    • • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the designated region, focusing on both small and large-scale projects
    • • Research and generate new business opportunities in line with our product offerings
    • • Present and sell the company's products and services to potential customers, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and how our solutions meet those needs
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and potential customers
    • • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly
    • • Foster repeat business by maintaining excellent post-sales relationships, handling customer feedback, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues
  • Market Knowledge & Strategy Development:

    • • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activity to effectively position the company's products
    • • Analyze customer needs, market conditions, and sales performance

Required Skills

  • • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • • Proven ability to acquire new customers and close deals for large-scale projects.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • • Strong customer relationship management and conflict resolution abilities.
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the aggregates, construction, or related industries.
  • • Must own a reliable motor vehicle and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
