Business Support Associate
Summary
To support to the Operations Department with administrative tasks essential for maintaining the efficiency of the Company's network.
Responsibilities
- • Maintain records of correspondences, advisories, and bulletins relating to operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- • Prepare all relevant contracts.
- • Monitor and ensure the recovery sums owed to the company within the network.
- • Maintain and update register of all Lease Agreements for GKMS owned locations.
- • Support the Customer Service Centre and Digital Team with all operations related queries.
- • Daily handling of queries/complaints from Agent Network locations.
- • Prepare invoices and purchase orders and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- • Conduct periodic assessment of the network to meet relevant satisfaction scores.
- • Work with cross functional project teams as necessary
- • Liaise with the relevant departments to set up new stakeholders’ locations, expand product/service offerings, and implement any new technology according to expansion objectives of the business.
Required Skills
- • Excellent oral and written communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- • High level of confidentiality & integrity
- • Very customer-centric
- • Able to work on own initiative
- • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- • A minimum of two (2) years working experience in a financial service organization
