Remote Outbound and Inbound Sales Representative

Summary

Our client is looking for someone to make outbound and inbound calls on behalf of the dental practice. The position will listen to the patient’s condition and schedule them into the dental practice. Salary: $1,800 - 2,000 USD/month based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Pacific

Responsibilities

• • Field inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as email and chat to schedule patient appointments.
• • Address client questions and concerns and handle objections
• • Effectively schedule in patients for dental implant consultations at a high clip
• • Effectively manage phone, email, and/or chat online workflows
• • Familiarize yourself with our working script and your assigned locations
• • Book and manage appointments for our clients
• • Respond to leads inside of our CRM

Qualifications

• • A high school diploma or equivalent
• • Prior experience in sales is required
• • Knowledge of the dental industry is preferred/Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required)
• • Prior call agent experience is a plus!
• • Applicants must have strong English reading, writing skills.
• • Very fluent English
• • Prior phone/chat/email customer support experience is required.
• • Ability to learn new technology & software quickly
• • Strong phone and customer service skills
• • Strong confidence in handling objections
• • Knowledge of Insurance, HIPAA Compliance, and Med/Dental Financing Options a plus!
• • Familiarity and experience with CRM technologies and project management software such as ASANA
• • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and care
