As a Group Purchasing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our purchasing operations, ensuring seamless procurement processes that contribute to our guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• • Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services for the resort.
• • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.
• • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• • Support cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
• • Perform administrative tasks related to the purchasing process.

Qualifications

• • First Degree preferably in hospitality, business, or a related field.
• • Strong organizational and communication skills.
• • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• • Basic knowledge of procurement processes (preferred but not required).
