Junior Accounts Receivables Officer
Summary
The incumbent is responsible for providing support to the Accounts Receivables Unit by monitoring outstanding balances and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.
Responsibilities
- • Ensures timely updates to customers' accounts with payments.
- • Generates email statements for customers upon request.
- • Maintains the Company's Book Account for all employees.
- • Supports the collection process by assisting in the retrieval of all outstanding amounts owed by customers.
- • Oversees the collection process for all outstanding General Consumption Tax (GCT) balances related to GCT exemption.
