Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Summary
We are seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be crucial in identifying and engaging potential customers, primarily through cold calling and lead generation for events. If you're eager to make an impact in sales within the chemical industry, we want to hear from you. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST
Benefits
- • Hourly rate of 8-9 USD per hour + Bonuses, paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
- • Bonuses: Ranging from $85 to $600, based on performance metrics and scalable with sales achieved.
- • 100% percent remote position.
- • Unpaid leave: Available with at least one week's advance notice
Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- • Make a minimum of 120 outbound dials per day.
- • Assess the potential of leads based on their needs, budget, and readiness to buy.
- • Pass qualified leads to the sales team with detailed information for further engagement and conversion.
Required Skills
- • Telecommunications sales experience is highly preferred.
- • Customer Service experience is a plus.
- • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
Qualifications
- • Previous experience in Lead Generation, Customer Service, or Outbound Sales.
- • Proficiency in making 120 manual dials per day.
- • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Minimum level of English required:
- • C2 level English proficiency (Fully Bilingual).
