Responsibilities

  • Accept incoming phone calls from customers.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on claims and provide updates.
  • Understand and apply business rule requirements effectively.
  • Review contracts and ensure customer understanding.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Planning/Organizing: Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Maintain confidentiality and remain open to others’ ideas, showing a willingness to try new things.
  • Oral Communication: Speak clearly and persuasively in various situations; demonstrate group presentation skills.
  • Written Communication: Edit work for spelling and grammar, present numerical data effectively, and interpret written information accurately.
  • Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including Math and English.
  • One (1) year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
