Summary

Seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Coordinator with over 2 years of industrial safety experience, knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001 standards, and strong leadership skills, based in Kingston, Jamaica.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• Prepare for and address audits conducted by the Ministry of Labor and Environmental Authorities.
• Monitor and apply Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental legislation.
• Ensure adherence to Social Security and Labor Risks laws.
• Plan and organize activities related to safety and environmental standards.
• Develop solutions to challenges in compliance and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years in Industrial Safety or Environmental Coordination within industries, commerce, or BPO companies.
