Senior Legal Secretary

Summary

The Council of Legal Education - Norman Manley Law School invites applications for the position of Senior Legal Secretary. The successful candidate will be expected to perform secretarial/administrative, paralegal, and other duties to contribute to the day-to-day operations, efficiency, and productivity of the Legal Aid Clinic. Salary Scale: J$1,288,956 - J$1,629,978

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Five (5) CXC subjects, which must include English and Mathematics. English should be at Level I or II.
• Five (5) years' secretarial experience within a legal environment.
• Paralegal training and/or experience in a Law Office or Legal Department.
