Summary
As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the Store Manager in areas such as operations, staff management, and customer service. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining the store's overall performance.

Responsibilities
- • Assist in the management of daily store operations, including inventory management and sales strategies.
- • Assist the Store Manager to lead, train, and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional service.
- • Ensure the store is well stocked, organized, and maintained.
- • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- • Assist in the preparation of financial records and budgets.
- • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
