Promotions Supervisor (Westmoreland, Hanover, Clarendon, Mandeville, and Kingston)

Join WISYNCO as a Promotions Supervisor! We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to lead trade promotions and manage Brand Ambassadors across multiple regions. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of promotional activities, ensuring the success of our consumer marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

• • Plan, execute, and manage all trade promotions for your channels in conjunction with our Brands team.
• • Create weekly schedules of promotional activity and escalate to the Promotions Manager for visibility and approval.
• • Liaise with the Sales Team on viable promotional opportunities, making recommendations where applicable.
• • Work through the Sales Team for account-level or community marketing initiatives; assess ROI of each promotion using sales data, representative feedback, customer feedback, WhatsApp Bot, and Brand Ambassador reporting.
• • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of consumer promotions and Brand Ambassador activity via scheduled trade checks; manage mystery shopper mechanisms.
• • Create and implement promotions-related brand standards in the trade, ensuring that Look of Success metrics for Promotions are 100% met at all times.
• • Recruit and train Brand Ambassadors in each geographic region, maintaining a log and conducting monthly assessments.
• • Manage special channel initiatives such as Vendor Programs and Community Sales offers.
• • Coordinate booking of Brand Ambassadors for trade audits and manage their output in collaboration with the Promotions Manager.
• • Oversee all promotional activities, including sampling, vendor programs, and small events.
• • Handle PO and payment management as well as follow-ups for promotional activities.
• • Manage and submit payroll for Brand Ambassadors.

Required Skills

• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of staff.
• • Proficiency in MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• • Sound knowledge of consumer and channel marketing principles and practices.
• • Understanding of consumer and market research principles and their application.
• • Skilled in executing and evaluating ROI on fully integrated marketing programs.
• • Strong retail trade experience.
• • Superior communication skills.

Qualifications

• • First Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Trade.
• • At least two (2) years’ experience at the supervisory/management level.
