Bilingual Collection Agent – Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• • Find and contact clients to inquire about overdue payments.
• • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• • Update account status records and document collection efforts.
• • Utilize strong negotiating skills to resolve outstanding debts.
• • Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English.
• • Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently and have the ability to work under pressure.
• • Handle difficult customer interactions with patience and politeness as an efficient collection agent.
• • Work independently while maintaining excellent communication with the team.

Qualifications

• • Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections.
• • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Confident and a skilled negotiator
• • Strong organizational and time management skills.
• • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• • Minimum of 5 CXC’s, including Math and English.
• • Two years of experience in a similar capacity.
• • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
