Training Coordinator – Human Resource Department
Summary
Under the general direction of the Training & Development Manager, the Training Coordinator is responsible for providing support for the coordination and administration of training and development of staff and the achievement of the Training & Development Department’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- • Assist in developing, compiling and documenting the work procedures and work instructions for the Training functions in the department
- • Assist in conducting and facilitating training seminars/workshops and orientation exercises
- • Assist with preparing training material and making the necessary logistic arrangements for seminars/workshops/courses/conferences
- • Maintain a current database of training for staff
- • Assist with coordinating work experience, internship and summer employment programmes
- • Assist with processing of Educational Grant/Loan for staff
- • Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor degree in Management/Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
- • Good knowledge of office procedures and practices.
- • A minimum of three (3) years working experience in an equivalent position
