Summary

We're looking for a Customer Care Officer who will take great care of our customers (both end-customers and partner merchants) by answering their queries, attending to their needs and ensuring that all their issues are resolved promptly. This person will also assist with administrative tasks such as the issuing of customer refunds, adding and updating restaurant menus etc.

Responsibilities

The Customer Care Officer will be primarily responsible for:

  • Answering inbound phone calls, emails and live chat requests from customers/potential customers
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints & queries
  • Monitoring the customer's ordering experience from order placement right through to delivery.
  • Assisting with dispatch functions
  • Adding and updating menus for our partner restaurants

Required Skills

  • Great oral and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months (continuous) experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre/BPO environment (this is mandatory)
  • Passes in at least 4 CXC/CSEC/GCE subjects (including English Language)
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a very fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working at nights and on weekends
  • Access to reliable high-speed internet at home as this role may sometimes require work-from-home (hybrid role)
