Summary

The Accounting Intern will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Department by digitizing accounting documents and assisting with administrative accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Scan and digitize physical accounting documents ensuring accuracy.
• Verify scanned records for legibility and accuracy before filing.
• Assist with data entry and record keeping tasks.
• Provide general administrative support to the Accounts Department as assigned by the Finance Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive financial information.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing associate degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
