People and Culture Officer
Summary
The JN Group is looking for a People and Culture Officer to support our Human Resources team. You’ll help process HR requests, manage employee records, and ensure smooth communication with staff. This role is key to delivering excellent service to employees while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities
- • Process HR requests and complete tasks on time.
- • Keep employee records updated, maintaining consistency between electronic and paper files.
- • Develop and maintain tracking systems for HR activities, ensuring daily updates and accuracy.
- • Track and report progress against service-level agreements (SLAs) with weekly and monthly summaries.
- • Ensure clear and timely communication with staff, including follow-ups on all assigned tasks.
- • Assist with onboarding, exit interviews, and team projects.
What Success Looks Like:
- • Accurate tracking of HR tasks (85%+).
- • Service requests completed in 3–5 business days.
- • All onboarding and exit interviews done on time.
- • Records kept up to date with 80%+ compliance.
Required Skills
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- • Proficiency in tracking and reporting systems.
- • Great communication and customer service abilities.
- • Able to meet deadlines and handle sensitive information.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field + 3 years’ experience, OR Master’s degree in HR or related field + 2 years’ experience.

- • Travel: Minimal travel required.
- • Provided Tools: Mobile phone and computer.
