Dining Room Team Leader - Couples Sans Souci

Summary

The Dining Room Team Leader is responsible for the leading a team in shifts of quick, kind and efficient Dining Room Colleagues (Waiters & Waitresses).He/She sees everything through the lens of excellent and prompt service to the Guests.

Responsibilities

• • Ensure the Restaurants are properly set up in time for meals
• • Supervise the food and beverage service during meals
• • Conduct pre-meal briefings as necessary
• • Liaise thoughtfully, speedily, and consistently with the Kitchen and Sanitation department

Qualifications

• • Have an Associate degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution in Food & Beverage Management.
• • Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the same or a similar position.
• • Competence in financial management, ability to control inventory, maintain costs and expenses.
• • Have a proven track record of time management, human relations, and problem-solving skills.
• • Have a pleasing personality.
• • Be highly customer service oriented.
• • Have the ability to communicate effectively with persons at all levels.
• • Have the ability to motivate and manage a dynamic team.
• • Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• • Possess positive work ethics and attitude.
• • Must be computer literate.
• • Food Handler’s Permit is a must.
