Cash Processing Officer
Summary
Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled in financial transactions? We’re seeking a Cash Processing Officer to support cashier operations and ensure the secure handling of company assets.
Responsibilities
- • Processing and recording cashier, debit/credit card, and petty cash transactions
- • Ensuring security compliance, detecting counterfeit currency, and managing petty cash float
- • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and cash discrepancies
- • Assigning credit card mobile machines to Sales Representatives and providing training on their use
- • Preparing lodgment reports and clearing reconciling items
Required Skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SAP is an asset)
- • Strong accuracy, integrity, and customer service skills
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- • Diploma from a recognized institution OR Five (5) CXC/GCE O’Levels, including English & Math/Accounting
- • At least two years’ experience in a similar role
