Summary

The Jamaica Teachers' Association invites applications to fill the position of Accounting Clerk (Payables) at the Headquarters located at 97B Church Street, Kingston, as of May 1, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Preparing suppliers reconciliation
• Preparing invoices for payment
• Making statutory payments
• Preparing payment vouchers and ensuring that approved invoices are entered in ACCPAC
• Filing payment vouchers and supporting documents
• Preparing Audit Schedules
• Analyzing General Ledger Accounts

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Accounting or ACCA Level II
• At least 2 Years Accounting experience
• Experience in using ACCPAC Software
