Accounting & Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounting & Administrative Specialist to support our clients with bookkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting who can also manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Support:
- • Perform daily account reconciliation and investigate any discrepancies.
- • Process biweekly payroll and maintain accurate benefits balances.
- • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and collections.
- • Track and categorize business expenses while maintaining financial records.
- • Prepare financial reports and assist with audits and tax-related documentation.
- • Record and review payments, ensuring accuracy in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Administrative Support:
- • Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- • Answer phone calls, manage emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
- • Assist with travel arrangements, office supply inventory, and other operational tasks.
- • Support management with data entry, document preparation, and reporting.
Qualifications
Experience:
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar finance-related role.
Education:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills:
- • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-Oriented:
- • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to analyze financial data.
Organized & Proactive:
- • Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Confidentiality:
- • Experience handling sensitive financial information with discretion.
Communication:
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
