Remote Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist

They help business owners navigate the complexities of selling their businesses, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum value. We’re seeking a dynamic, self-driven Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to join our client's team remotely. Job Overview: As a Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in generating and nurturing leads to expand their client base and managing the company's social media presence. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage outreach campaigns, leverage advanced CRM tools, engage with prospects, and maintain a strong brand presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Salary: $2,000 USD/month + $1-3k in commissions Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
Responsibilities
CRM Management:
- • Operate and optimize GoHighLevel CRM for lead tracking, outreach, and campaign management.
- • Maintain an organized database of leads, prospects, and interactions.
- • Monitor analytics and report campaign performance.
Outreach Campaign Management:
- • Design and manage targeted campaigns using ZoomInfo for email, text, and call outreach.
- • Customize messaging to engage with prospective clients and nurture leads.
- • Monitor and follow up on responses to convert leads into viable opportunities.
Outbound Calling:
- • Conduct 100-200 calls weekly to targeted leads.
- • Schedule follow-up meetings and maintain ongoing communication with prospects.
Social Media Management:
- • Develop, schedule, and execute content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- • Create engaging posts, including text, graphics, and videos, to promote the brand and generate leads.
- • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- • Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on engagement and growth.
Content Scheduling & Execution:
- • Create a monthly content calendar for social media posts and outreach campaigns.
- • Align social media strategies with broader business development goals.
- • Coordinate with the team to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.
Data Management & Reporting:
- • Update client records and ensure data integrity within the CRM.
- • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, lead conversion, and social media metrics.
Qualifications
- • Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM is required.
- • Experience with ZoomInfo or similar lead-generation platforms.
- • Proven experience in social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- • Strong communication skills via phone, email, text, and social platforms.
- • Ability to create compelling content and manage multi-channel campaigns.
- • High attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies.
- • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
