File Processor
Summary
As a File Processor, you will play a crucial role in our debt collection operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing and processing files efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for organizing, reviewing, and processing files, ensuring timely completion and resolution of issues. Additionally, you will generate end-of-day reports to monitor performance and identify trends.

Responsibilities
File Management:
- • Receive, review, and process incoming files and documents related to debt collections. Ensure accurate organization and processing of all files.
Data Entry:
- • Input and update account information into the company's database, verifying data accuracy and completeness.
Documentation:
- • Prepare, review, and maintain documentation required for collections activities, including legal notices, payment plans, and correspondence.
Communication:
- • Liaise effectively with internal departments and clients to resolve discrepancies or issues related to file processing.
Reporting:
- • Generate and review reports on file processing and collections activities, identifying and addressing irregularities or trends.
Quality Assurance:
- • Conduct regular audits of processed files to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Qualifications
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- • Proficient in C# and .NET Framework
- • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- • Skill in writing reusable C# libraries
- • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server (Tables, Views, Stored Procedures)
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
