Commercial Contract Analyst
Summary
As a valued team member of the Enterprise Client Contract Center (ECCC) your primary responsibility will involve analyzing contractual language and organizing data from client/engagement contracts stored within our contract management system. In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, engagement teams, and data customers to identify and resolve any potential processing issues. This role is essential in ensuring smooth contract management and effective communication throughout the organization. Closing Date: 04/04/2025
Responsibilities
- • Support a service-management centric and commercially aware strategy for delivery within the ECCC
- • Serve as the dedicated point of contact throughout the contract management process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- • Advocate for and demonstrate a deep understanding of leading contract lifecycle management practices.
- • Exhibit a keen interest and acumen in legal matters, staying up-to-date with relevant legal developments.
- • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and shape best practices in contract management.
- • Provide end-to-end support, ensuring the smooth execution of contracts and resolving any issues that may arise.
- • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, inspiring trust and confidence in our contract management processes.
- • Drive transformative change and innovation in the field of contract management, constantly striving for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies that can optimize contract management processes.

Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree with 1 - 3 years’ experience in an administrative function preferably in legal or compliance
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reading comprehension and critical thinking. Capable of effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority, whether working collaboratively within a team or independently.
- • Proficiency in dynamic, customer service-oriented environments.
- • Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and documentation.
- • Ability to multitask and seek guidance from supervisors while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- • General knowledge of contract management and related processes.
- • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- • Preferred experience in contract review/analysis, paralegal work, and/or legal fields.
Additional Information and Instructions
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
- • Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment
- • Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
- • May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays
