Supervisor β Property Services
Summary
The Supervisor, Property Services coordinates the execution of all property, building and maintenance activities ensuring that the companyβs physical environment and facilities are clean, safe, and hazard-free. The position assists in administering disaster and emergency activities, maintains the Fixed Assets Register and all other miscellaneous inventories; supervises property maintenance and repair services being delivered by the team as well as external service providers. The salary is J$3.33 million per annum plus any current allowances attached to this position.
Responsibilities
- β’ Conducts daily inspections of grounds, buildings and facilities and report on any act of vandalism or other adverse findings.
- β’ Provides support to the procurement team in the development of Bill of Quantities.
- β’ Liaises with approved service contractors and manages the delivery of services for plumbing, electrical, ventilation, cooling, roofing, construction and other maintenance work; conducts periodic evaluations on the quality and efficiencies of services provided, in keeping with SLA/Contract.
- β’ Supervises all contractors and service providers in the execution of approved work and ensures compliance with the scope of works.
- β’ Manages and monitors maintenance schedule for the fleet of vehicles ensuring that the relevant licences, permits and insurance coverage are current at all times

- β’ Ability to research and gather information for reports and presentations.
- β’ Good knowledge HVAC electrical circuits, maintenance and electrical techniques.
- β’ Good knowledge of Departmental Guidelines and Procedures.
- β’ Good knowledge of Office Administration Practices and Procedures.
- β’ Proficiency in the use of assigned software applications and office tools.
Qualifications
- β’ Diploma/Associate Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration/Management or related field.
- β’ A minimum of three (3) years related experience in any combination of related disciplines.
- β’ Certificate in Supervisory Management
- β’ Experience with scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.
