
Supply Planner
Summary
The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring product availability through accurate supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets. This role will work cross-functionally to maintain production schedules, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain efficiency to support service level targets and cost objectives.

Responsibilities
- • Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts.
- • Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure production feasibility and timely replenishment.
- • Monitor and adjust supply plans based on changes in demand, inventory levels, or production constraints.
- • Support S&OP reviews by providing supply metrics, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- • Track and report supply performance KPIs including fill rate, on-time delivery, and supply adherence.
- • Maintain planning tools and systems (ERP, dashboards).
- • Participate in post-mortems and root cause analysis for supply disruptions.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the supply chain.

- • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with experience using supply planning tools
- • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions
- • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Infor) and data visualization tools (Power BI/Excel)
- • Sound judgment in balancing supply continuity with cost optimization
- • Demonstrated capability to resolve conflicts and troubleshoot supply disruptions

Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- • 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management in FMCG or manufacturing.
- • Proficient with planning systems (SAP, Infor, etc.) and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
