Store Janitor - Port Antonio

Summary

Sherwin-Williams is looking for qualified individuals for the position of Store Janitor

Responsibilities

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.

• • Proper cleaning and maintenance of the Branch Store including customer service area.
• • Dust & Polish desks and/or sanitize office furniture.
• • Dust Shelves and paint cans.
• • Clean away cobwebs.
• • Keep office appliances clean.
• • Sweep and wipe floors.
• • Empty dust bins.
• • Sanitize telephones.
• • Clean glass doors, windows and partitions
• • Assist with the cleaning of spillages when they occur.
• • Proper maintenance of bathrooms facilities/restrooms ensuring sufficient supplies of soap, toilet paper and hand towels are available for use each day.
• • Any other related duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• • Minimum secondary school education
• • Ability to work all scheduled hours as needed.
• • May be required to carry out special cleaning projects.
