Summary
As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for accommodating our valuable guests by ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process, managing reservations, and providing top-notch customer service. Your primary goal will be to ensure guests feel welcome and taken care of while creating a seamless experience throughout their entire stay.
Responsibilities
- • Register and assign rooms to guests, ensuring prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
- • Issue room keys or cards, and guide guests to their rooms if necessary.
- • Transmit and receive messages for guests, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- • Keep accurate records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, using our reservation system.
- • Make and confirm reservations for future guests over the phone or online.
- • Present statements to and collect payments from departing guests, demonstrating excellent customer service.
- • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- • Communicate with management and other departments to resolve guest issues or concerns.
- • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
