Responsibilities

• • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• • Successfully promote and sell our products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting shopping experience.
• • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• • Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
• • Participate in inventory management and store merchandising activities.

Required Skills

• • Proven experience as a sales representative or in a customer service role preferably in retail.
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
• • Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or equivalent.
• • Four CSEC subject inclusive of English.
