Remote Outbound Call Specialist

Summary

Our client is a locally owned and operated heating and air conditioning company dedicated to providing quality service to customers with honesty and integrity. Job Overview: The role focuses on creating opportunities for technicians to sell equipment to homeowners and business owners. This outbound calling position is responsible for leveraging provided resources to contact previous and potential customers regarding special offers and promotions created and implemented by our client. Salary: $1,500 USD/month + bonus Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break.

Benefits

• • Commission Bonus: $50 USD bonus for maintaining a 20% booking average per month, with additional bonuses for exceeding the target on a sliding scale.

Responsibilities

• • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers and prospective customer lists.
• • Maintain a detailed record of daily calls, tracking successes and failures, with success defined by booked appointments.
• • Perform research on assigned areas and contact local businesses to promote the company's services.
• • Make a minimum of 125 calls per week, aiming for a 20% booking rate.
• • Assist office staff with planning and scheduling service calls once appointments are booked, following directions provided by management.

Qualifications

• • At least 1 year of experience with HVAC terminology.
• • 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales calls.
• • A self-starter with a strong drive to expand and succeed.
