Facilities & Security Supervisor

We seek a dedicated Facilities & Security Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain and improve our facility's operations.

Responsibilities

• • Oversees the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, including building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• • Directs the maintenance, repair, security and upkeep of the company’s fleet of vehicles within the annual budget
• • Coordinates and supervises preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• • Manages a team of facilities associates, maintenance technicians, and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• • Monitors and maintains compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• • Troubleshoots and resolves facility-related issues, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• • Collaborates with operations, security, and logistics teams to support seamless workflows.
• • Manages vendor relationships and contracts for repairs, equipment servicing, and supplies procurement.

Required Skills

• • Strong understanding of building systems, machinery, and preventive maintenance practices.
• • Proven leadership and team management skills.
• • Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety regulations.
• • Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.
• • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Management Studies with technical training in plant engineering/plant maintenance or equivalent qualification.
• • At least five (5) years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related supervisory role, preferably in a distribution or warehouse setting.
