Summary

Cal's is seeking an Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities

• • Updating financial records
• • Investigating, verifying, and resolving variances/discrepancies
• • Reconciling accounts receivables and payables
• • Timely processing of credit notes
• • Executing billing and collection activities
• • Preparing scheduled reports and statements, including variance & production reports
• • General knowledge and experience with accounting software, e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, etc.
• • Reconciling goods

Required Skills

• • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational/time management and communication skills
• • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• • Certificate in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent
• • 2 years' accounting experience
• • General knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures and principles
