About the client: Our client is an eyewear design company based in Downtown Los Angeles. Fit, feel and quality are the core pillars behind our client's vision. Their goal is to deliver new designs while integrating traditionally luxury details inspired by classic architecture, car design and fine jewelry.. About the role: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Demand Planning Manager to oversee and optimize our daily financial processes, sales projections, and product availability. This role combines strategic planning, financial oversight, and wholesale management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all areas. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founder and the marketing team to align forecasts, budgets, and inventory management for sustained company growth. Shift: Monday through Friday-Full-time position - Flexible depending timezone (Overlap at least 4 hours with PST is needed)

Responsibilities
- • Oversee and manage financial processes, including P&L, cash flow, and sales projections, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- • Perform demand and supply planning to guarantee optimal inventory levels, aligning forecasts with actual sales and market trends.
- • Supervise and refine processes related to wholesale operations and factory purchase orders, ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
- • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to maintain consistent product availability and meet delivery timelines.
- • Develop and maintain sales forecasting tools and inventory tracking systems, ensuring real-time visibility and accuracy of stock levels.
- • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align operational strategies with overall business objectives and market demands.
Qualifications
- • 3 years of experience in operations or financial management, with a strong background in demand planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting.
- • Proficiency in financial management tools like QuickBooks and advanced Excel, with a keen understanding of financial analysis and reporting is a MUST.
- • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain data and strategies clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
- • Stay informed about contemporary trends in fashion and social media, with a focus on the proper use of current language
- • Nice to have:
- • Familiarity with platforms such as Flexport, Shopify, and Notion.
- • Experience in e-commerce or wholesale operations.
- • Experience in the fashion industry.
- • A strong understanding of logistics and third-party coordination.
