This role oversees all hotel departments, including accommodations, food and beverage, housekeeping, human resources, and sales, ensuring a high-quality guest experience and profitability. The General Manager leads the team, manages budgets, develops marketing and sales strategies, and makes key decisions to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
