Responsibilities

• • Change the date code on case sealers; and ensure correct settings
• • Ensure that all completed pallets are shrink-wrapped, removed from the production floor and stored in the finished goods holding area.
• • Assist team leader, etc in ensuring that all finished goods are properly recorded and accounted for.
• • Provide clean and proper pallets for the packaging of products, and remove excess pallets to the holding area
• • Assist in the receiving and storing of packaging material
• • Assist the line to arranging packaging material within easy access for efficiency in the production area
• • Assist in weighing, recording and storing of Rework/Rejects
• • Ensure that good housekeeping practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) are maintained in the work area
• • Adhere to Food Safety compliance and relating Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) in the execution of daily tasks.
• • Performs related duties assigned by the supervisor

Required Skills

• • Ability to communicate with supervisor and follow general instructions
• • Ability to work in a team and with minimal supervision
• • Ability to detect deviation from normal procedures, flexibility, alertness, and coordination
