Summary
WISYNCO is seeking a motivated and experienced Route Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales targets, ensuring product penetration, and optimizing the performance of assigned accounts across various parishes, including St. James, Trelawny, Hanover, Westmoreland, St. Ann, St. Mary, Kingston & St. Andrew. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales strategies, conducting audits, providing coaching, and managing financial control functions such as collections and account reconciliation. Responsibilities
- β’ Support team members in achieving sales targets, increasing Points of Distribution, and maintaining the Brand and Look of Success.
- β’ Develop and implement strategies to optimize product penetration and sales, including product mixes, promotions, and other initiatives.
- β’ Conduct regular audits of assigned accounts to assess compliance and identify potential opportunities.
- β’ Provide ongoing evaluation and coaching in the field and conduct one-on-one sessions with team members.
- β’ Supervise financial control functions, including collections and account reconciliation.
Qualifications
- β’ Tertiary Level Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least two (2) years of experience in Sales or a customer-facing position.
- β’ Competent in the use of MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- β’ Excellent communication skills β both written and verbal, including report preparation and the ability to interact with varying levels of staff within the organization.
- β’ Sales-oriented with a sound understanding of sales performance metrics and revenue impact.
