Responsibilities
- • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- • Assist customers in locating products and answering their inquiries.
- • Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register.
- • Handle cash, credit, and check transactions responsibly.
- • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
- • Provide product information and assist customers with returns and exchanges.
- • Promote any ongoing promotions and special offers to customers.
- • Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- • Participate in inventory management and stock counts as required.
- • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly in relation to customer service and cash handling.

Qualifications
- • Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects including English A and Mathematics.
- • Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is an asset.
- • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
- • Excellent communication skills, particularly telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
