
Junior Brand Manager
Summary
Responsible for supporting and implementing the long-term integrated marketing plan in line with regional and global marketing strategies to create top line growth for the Operating Company, expressed in terms of volume growth to targeted level, profitability, brand equity and spirits portfolio revenue. Co-Lead the Brand agenda, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the collective business goals.
Responsibilities
- • Contribute to overall business strategy by creating and embedding a robust brand strategy that is consumer-centric.
- • Assist with creating and embedding a robust portfolio strategy.
- • Track and evaluate brand performance as well as implement Portfolio strategy.
- • Support effective route to market, channel and customer strategies as basis for defined Portfolio and Brand Strategies.
- • Track and evaluate Brand performance against clear targets and objectives.
- • Embed focus on consumer at the center and consistently develop and drive Consumer- Inspired Brand Strategy and plans into strategies and activation. internally and externally
- • Mobilize the organization and external suppliers (agencies) behind Brand plans.
- • Execute compelling communication strategies and plans (advertising, sponsorship, and packaging design) to drive brand equity and consumer preferences.
- • Ensure world class execution of all Brand Activities.
- • Support the brand innovation/renovation process from idea generation to successful implementation.
- • Report performance accurately and timely; Analyze and interpret local results and effectively communicate with the relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and/or Business Management, or similar field of study, or the equivalent qualified by experience
Knowledge & Experience:
- • 1-3 years commercial and/or marketing experience
- • Strong project management experience and capacity to work autonomously and within teams
- • Experience working in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- • A proven track record on delivering results and success
- • Ability to influence and inspire others including agencies, sales teams and senior leaders
