
Senior Office Attendant (LMO/TS 2)
Summary
Under the general direction of the Manager, Administration and Office Services, the Senior Office Attendant is responsible for providing support services by maintaining the office, office furniture, and its environs, preparing refreshment conference rooms and refreshment for meetings, and facilitating the movement of records/mails. 💰 salary range $18,647 - $25,078 JMD per week.
Responsibilities
- • Cleans floors, bathrooms, office furniture, equipment and other areas;
- • Washes and sanitizes utensils and kitchenette area;
- • Secures utensils and provisions supplied for the serving of refreshments;
- • Empties garbage bins from office areas and disposes of garbage;
- • Prepares meeting rooms and serves refreshment at meetings;
- • Prepares and serves refreshment (tea, coffee, water) as requested;
- • Circulates and delivers mails and memoranda;
- • Assists with photocopying and binding documents, as requested;
- • Collects and delivers toiletries, as required;
- • Takes documents and files to other offices on the compound and where appropriate to photocopy room and back to offices;
- • Collects and delivers files as requested.

Qualifications
- • Successfully completed Secondary School education.
