Responsibilities

• • Process Transactions; Handle customer payments and operate cash registers with accuracy and efficiency
• • Manage Cash & Credit Transactions
• • Handle customer enquiries promptly, provide customer feedback and contribute to a positive work environment
• • Operate SAP System, count and balance cash, refunds and returns processing
• • Report any discrepancies
• • Assist on-the-floor Sales Representative with upselling and Cross-Selling to prospective customers
• • Assist with the training of newly recruited Cashiers as required

Qualifications

• Education:

  • • At least five (5) CSEC OR CAPE passes, inclusive of Mathematics and English or another numerical subject or equivalent
  • • Additional training in customer service or accounting would be an asset

• Experience:

  • • At least one (1) years' experience as a Cashier or in a similar post in a customer service environment

• Technical Skills:

  • • Proficiency in SAP or any other accounting software would be preferred
