Business Development & Marketing Manager

Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the company's business development, communications, public relations, and marketing functions. 💰Salary $6,333,301 JMD per annum

Responsibilities

• • Developing, implementing, and monitoring the marketing plan, projects, programs, and plans for the company.
• • Developing, implementing, and executing the strategies and marketing plan for a commercialized spring water venture.
• • Managing the overall business development of JBM's commercial portfolio, special and national projects, and assets.
• • Developing business plans in respect to the Commercial Park, the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) projects, and business relations in respect to clients of the Industrial Park.
• • Managing and overseeing the public relations, website, social media, and communications of the company.

Required Skills

• • Proven track record in business development and marketing at a senior management level.
• • Experience in preparing business cases, rationales, and plans for industrial projects.
• • Expertise in the application of marketing and communication techniques/tools.
• • Excellent knowledge of public relations, communication, social media, and website maintenance.
• • Outstanding written and effective oral communication skills.
• • Knowledge of project management.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent qualification.
• • Sound knowledge of business development, marketing plans, PR, social media optimization, and communication.
• • Experience working in the BPO, Port, Commercial Property/Water segments would be advantageous.
• • Five years of experience in a similar role.
