Summary

Responsibilities

• • Supervise the Special Merchandising Action Team (SMAT) Coordinators and the Team Leaders.
• • Ensure display of products in accordance to Planograms.
• • Ensure that products are displayed, at least, relative to its market share.
• • Ensure the proper use and distribution of POP materials through all channels using specific guidelines stipulated by the Marketing Manager and the Brand Managers.
• • Continuously seek to grow the business through the solicitation and implementation of strategies that will increase share of shelf and incremental displays.
• • Identify new business opportunities in channels not currently served by World Brand Services with a view to expand sales and representation of principal brands.
• • Perform any other duties delegated from time to time to maintain a high level of efficiency within the department.

Qualifications

• At minimum:

  • • Diploma in Business or Sales or Merchandising or related field.
• • Four CXC/GCE O’Level subjects including English Language and a numeric subject.
• • At least 3 years Merchandising experience at a Senior Level.
• • Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
