Business Operations Specialist

Summary

As a Business Operations Specialist, your role will involve collaborating with various departments to design, implement, and optimize operations that promote growth and meet strategic, financial, and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Project management:

  • • Work within the Business & Data Operations team to define project scopes, develop strategies, and implement solutions across internal operations.

• Process improvement:

  • • Understand the customer and talent experience to enhance end-to-end processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Cross-functional partnership:

  • • Work closely with teams across the organization to align goals, drive initiatives, and implement data-driven solutions that improve operations and reporting.

• Platform Optimization:

  • • Stay current with our tools' latest features and capabilities to help departments optimize their usage.

• Problem-solving:

  • • Establish yourself as a trusted problem solver, using analytical and creative methods to tackle high-impact organizational challenges.

• Change management:

  • • Develop training materials and facilitate user onboarding for new processes and tools.

Qualifications

• We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • • 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or process improvement.
  • • 1+ years of experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • • Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
  • • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • • Adaptability to rapidly changing business environments.
  • • Interest in learning about the world of AI and data.

• While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management frameworks.
  • • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • • Understanding of software development lifecycle and principles.
  • • Background in change management practices and methodologies.
  • • Experience in coaching or mentoring team members in operational best practices.
