Responsibilities

The incumbent’s duties & responsibilities are not limited to but includes:

• • Providing vital support in the management of the Front Office portfolio, greeting guests and training Front Office Agents.
• • Ensuring that the standards, directives and expectations of the Front Office Manager are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• • Ensuring that customer service is delivered with great enthusiasm and confidence to the Couples Resorts standard.

Required Skills

• The ideal candidate must:

  • • Have creative and innovative management styles, and be able to “think on ones feet.”
  • • Possesses excellent communication skills.
  • • Possess leadership qualities in present position.
  • • Have working knowledge of Rooms Division.
  • • Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • • Have positive work ethics, attitude and flexibility.
  • • Be able to lead, motivate and work well in a team.
  • • Be computer literate.
  • • Have an excellent employee file which would be an asset.
  • • Knowledge of Property Management System (Resort Data Processing) would be an asset.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or its equivalent.
• • Prior work experience in same or similar field which would be an asset.
